Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires that “certain organisations develop a slavery and human trafficking statement each year. The slavery and human trafficking statement should set out what steps organisations have taken to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in their business or supply chains.”
Structherm Ltd take this issue very seriously and have adopted a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to improving our practices and ensuring that there is transparency in our business and throughout our supply chain. We are constantly reviewing and updating our contracting processes to include specific prohibitions around modern slavery and human trafficking, and we expect and require our suppliers to apply these same high standards.
The current statement was issued in September 2019 and will be reviewed on a regular, ongoing basis.
